Solution Support Service Packages

The SelecTrials Solution Support Program provides comprehensive solutions support - from proactive, mission-critical services facilitated completely by SelecTrials to complete self-maintenance support.

For one monthly price, you receive support for all aspects and components of your clinical trial including hardware, the SelecTrials ctSeries Operating Environment, and more. You'll also receive solution software upgrades at no cost. All Phase III trials receive Platinum level support at no additional charge. The cost is built into our P3 solution configuration.
