If you are a patient that is currently enrolled in a CIS managed clinical trial or have previously been involved in a CIS managed clinical trial please login below with the Username and Password provided to you by your clinical trial administrator. You will be able to get specific information about your trial, print an audit trail to determine the disposition of your personal medical information during your involvement in a trial and you will be able to modify your personal information and change access, usage and routing permissions related to your personal information. You will be able to make yourself available for trials that are currently recruiting and using the CIS clinical trial management system. You will be able to let us know that you are interested in enrolling in a specific type of trial and we will work with you to get you enrolled whether or not the proper trial for you is one that is being managed by the CIS clinical trials management system. If you are interested in exploring clinical trials as a potential benefit to you or someone you care about but are not currently enrolled in a clinical trial or if you have not previously been enrolled in a clinical trial managed by the CIS clinical trial management system then please select our recruiting link below to get information on how to get yourself or someone that you care about added to our online recruitment database.
