- Master Preferred Technology Escrow Agreement
This agreement is designed to provide our customers with additional
surety that should anything ever happen that would put SelecTrials in
jeopardy of going out of business or should SelecTrials fail to deliver
on agreed upon terms with our customer, the customer will always be
able to retrieve their trial data as well as the actual SelecTrials
Code so that the customer can duplicate the trial exactly as it occurred
to a specific point in time. This assurance saves our customers from
worrying about not being able to retrieve their vital information
should anything happen to SelecTrials. If your are interested in viewing

- SelecTrials Service
Level Agreement
SelecTrials understands the importance of solution availability
to our customers. We have developed the following levels of service
to ensure maximum performance and uptime.
- Standard Operating Procedures
Our standard operating procedures exist on three levels. We adhere
to a set of corporate ethics and standards that have driven the creation
of a set of Standard Operating Procedures that all SelecTrials people
adhere to on a daily basis. Our technical SOPs are designed to create
a context of continuity that allows our technologies to be operated,
revised and delivered on a consistent basis and in a consistent manner.
Our operational SOPs are designed to ensure consistency of process
management at the operational management and strategic management
levels.
Contract Manager Login
- Our Contract Manager will allow you to retrieve an electronic version of
any contract that you have with SelecTrials. Please enter the Username and Password
provided you by your SelecTrials Account Manager to use the Contract Manager.
The contract manager will also notify you of key contract related dates via.
e-mail so that renewals or extensions can be handled in an efficient and effective
manner.
